As Senior Content Associate for Early Childhood Education at Pratham International, she supports the design of training systems, educational content, and foundational learning initiatives across diverse contexts.
She previously led the Early Childhood Education Program in Pratham education Foundation and has extensive experience in teacher and mentor capacity building, curriculum development, and hybrid training models.
She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
